Ubiquinol is a form of Coenzyme Q10 that is is mostly converted to the ubiquinone form of CoQ10 when it reaches our stomach. It is then converted back to the ubiquinol form in our lymph system. As an antioxidant in our bodies, Ubiquinol helps protect against oxidative damage of the LDL cholesterol (Low-Density Lipoprotein), the cholesterol form that is tracked in relation to heart and cardiovascular health.
